Mela uses only hormone-free, all-natural chicken and lamb, and wild Atlantic salmon. Mela’s yogurt, chutneys, sauces, and pickles are all made from scratch, in-house. Mela’s bread dough is hand-made and prepared in a genuine tandoor oven.
